		<description>Question is too vague.  I believe you are asking "What is the most common cause of infectious endophthalmitis afer capsulotomy".  Because the most common cause of any endophthalmitis will be sterile inflammatory.
Alternatively the question may read: "what is the differential diagnosis...etc"</description>
