What is the Spiral of Tillaux?

This is the “spiral” that describes the insertion of the rectus muscles in relation to the limbus. The average values are medial=5.5mm, inferior=6.5, lateral=6.9mm, and superior=7.7mm. In the OR, however, I just remember “5,6,7,8.”
