What is the modified Scheie classification system?

This is the classification for hypertensive retinopathy. It has 5 grades:
Grade 0: nothing
Grade 1: Barely detectable arterial narrowing
Grade 2: Obvious arterial narrowing with focal irregularities
Grade 3: The addition of retinal hemorrhages or exudates
Grade 4: The addition of disk swelling
