How do you tell the difference between PIC, multifocal choroiditis, and ocular histoplasmosis syndrome?

There are a couple of clues:

1. The amount of vitreous inflammation. Multifocal choroiditis has a lot of vitritis while PIC and histoplasmosis do not.
2. Presence of photopsias occurs with the white dot syndromes
3. The white dot syndromes tend to leak on FA while histoplasmosis does not
